Leadership Styles
I had a top 3 of the score of 19. Advocate, Truth-Seeker, and Experienced guide.

The Experienced guide - they have the ability to listen and put themselves in other’s shoes. They have a way of helping people think through their own problems.

Truth-Seeker - think fairness, good judgment, equalizer, level headed. Truth seekers are competent in their field, and their competence is unquestioned.

I will speak on the truth-seeker and the experienced guide. Experienced guide I tend to be quiet and a listener. I do tend to put myself in someone else’s shoes and I can help them through experiences that I have had or I will try to find the answers that they need. I do this all the time even as a mother of two grown kids. I am also a truth seeker because I think fairness and try to use good judgement. I am process-oriented. I have had a job in the human resource field. I love working with people and I was a supervisor in the field and everyone needed to be treated fairly I couldn’t have favorites and everyone had to do their job and if not there were actions that had to made.
